A good soldier uses ALL of his weapons

2 Timothy 2:3-4 (King James Version)

"Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier."

One of the "weapons" I can use to combat my flesh is fellow believers. That's right- If I surround myself with strong believers that will hold me accountable, and be willing to encourage me with God's word: then I have a genuine "weapon" for spiritual warfare.

Proverbs 13:20 reads- "He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed." and 15:31- "The ear that heareth the reproof of life abideth among the wise."

Reproof is good, correction is good, believers who instruct and teach us with God's word are good.

Thank you Jesus for all the dear brothers and sisters in Christ that you have given Georgia and I! Thank you for your spirit that allows us to spend and be spent for others. Thank you for your perfect design- The church- your bride- The body of Christ!
